Workforce Development

  • Our consultant has a breadth and depth of Workforce Development knowledge. He has served in  Workforce Development at many levels, including - 
  • Organizational Effectiveness Consultant where he coached and mentored new Employment Connection Regional Directors and Administrators, Project Managed statewide projects, including the Leadership Development Academy
  •  Northwest Regional Director for Employment Security Department's Employment Connections Division where he lead strategic planning, performance management, regional budgeting and staffing, change management and other efforts
  •  Area Director for Snohomish County; Received accolades from Governor's staff for "courage presenting at GMAP"
  • WorkSource Administrator for Everett, receiving multiple state and national awards for team and DOL best practices
  •  Special Projects Manager where he built the Employment and Training unit from $zero to over $3,000,000 annual funding in two years
  •  Youth Employment and Training supervisor where he received 4 Department of Labor awards for building best practice programs
  •  Employment and Training Case Manager and Assessment Specialist for two separate non-profit agencies
  • Activity and Vocational Specialist for a non-profit agency in the Mental Health field
  • Recreation Coordinator for a City Parks and Recreation Department. 
  • Executive Committee member for multiple Workforce Development Councils. 
  • Chaired several advisory committees.
