For major projects, upon request, a project plan with a charter will be developed with sponsor, project contributors, stakeholders, goals, objectives, dependencies, cost analysis, milestones, and timeline.  Followed by on-going and final comprehensive reports. 

For coaching, mentoring, training, and/or representing the client/organization in the community, a tailored plan will be developed with leadership to ensure coaching, training, products, and  representation of the organization are all aligned with leaderships mission, vision and values.

Ultimately, it is all about bringing valuable and needed services and resources to our collective community customers and helping our clients in achieving their outcomes and fulfilling their mission
