Building a healthy and engaging culture starts with identifying organizational values. A consultation with leadership will be held to ascertain their position on these values and the overall culture. Once this foundation is established, employees will be included in the conversation through exercises and discussions to further develop organizational values within the framework set by leadership. After the organizational values and culture are defined, an ADKAR assessment can be conducted to evaluate how well employees embrace and practice those values. Based on the assessment results, tailored change management strategies can be developed to support the organization in effectively implementing these values.
