Building a healthy and engaging culture begins with identifying organizational values.
A consultation with leadership will be held to ascertain their position on values and culture. Once this is in place, employees are brought into the conversation through exercises and discussions to further develop values and culture within the framework established by leadership
Once organizational values and culture have been established, an ADKAR (staff readiness for change management - Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) assessment of how well employees embrace and practice those values can be conducted.
Based upon the results, tailored strategies and change management efforts can be developed.
